What are the Rewards?
All the rewards available can be viewed once you create an account. You collect 1 Press Point per dollar spent. Some examples include, Complimentary coffee after 10 Purchases, free breakfast on your birthday, as well percentage discounts applied to your whole bill upon check out. You also get 10% off our Set Menu Lunches.
Do I need an App or Apple/Google Wallet Card?
No, You simply need your card or digital wallet card, or you can just tell us your name.
Having a account or digital wallet will show you your balance and rewards.
How Fast are points credited to my Account?
It takes about 2 - 5 mins for your points balance to update. You need to finalise your bill before the points are available to be used on your next visit.
Do my Points Expire?
Yes, they will expire in 3 months and special offers or rewards will expire in 30 days. We are a small business and the idea of the program is to encourage you to visit us and for us to express our gratitude for supporting us.
Why can I only get a Free Takeaway Coffee with certain redemptions?
If you have enough points to collect a free takeaway coffee, You should also have enough points to use a 5% off voucher, that can be applied in a similar fashion to dining in.
How Do I get Free Breakfast on my Birthday?
The complimentary breakfast on your birthday is credited in the form of points for you to redeem towards breakfast. Alternatively you can use those points towards coffees or pantry Items to the same value. You will receive a message before your birthday with your bonus points. You need to be a member for 1 month to receive this benefit.
Will I receive alot of marketing messages and emails?.
No, You will receive a message when you have a reward to collect. If we very rarely send you marketing material, it will be about new products and special offers.
Do I need to Opt in to receiving messages and emails to receive the rewards?
Yes. Opting in to emails or messages is important so we can let you know if you have a reward to claim. If you do not opt in to marketing, you may not get any reward benefits.
